Site Planning
This involves boundary and topographic surveys as a basis for the design of future land use improvements. Critical to the process is the current zoning and / or future land use. Site Planning can be as simple as the placement of a single family home on a residential lot to large apartment complex’s, shopping centers, or commercial and industrial developments.
